You have 30 days after receiving your order to lodge your return and post your items back to us.
Refunds are accepted on all full-priced items, excluding original and return shipping costs.
Size exchanges are accepted on all sale and full-pried Australian orders. We will cover the cost of sending the replacement item to you, but the return is at your expense. Unfortunately, we do not accept style or colour exchanges, or exchanges on international orders.
Sale items can be returned for a store credit, excluding original and return shipping costs.
Only items returned within this timeframe and in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with hygienic sticker intact and all tags attached will be accepted.
Log into your account, select the order you’d like to return and follow the prompts until an RMA number is displayed on the final screen. If you checked out as a guest, we have an account waiting for you under the email address used to place your order. You just need to reset the password here and then login.
Fill out the returns card found in your box – write your name, order number and RMA. If you have misplaced your return card you can simply write these details on a piece of paper or download it here.

Your return will be processed within 5 business days of receiving and approving your returned items. Refunds will be issued by the same method in which the item was paid for and can take up to 10 business days to show on your account. Credit notes will be sent via email, please check your junk box if you do not receive the email.
If for some reason your item is faulty, The Fold will cover all costs of returning the item and will endeavour to repair or replace the item as soon as possible. You will receive a full refund for the item if the item cannot reasonably be repaired or replaced, or if required by law. Please contact [email protected] to arrange for return of a faulty item.
