RETURN POLICY

FULL PRICE

You have 30 days after receiving your order to lodge your return and post your items back to us.

We will provide a refund on all full priced items excluding original and return shipping costs.

We accept size exchanges on full priced Australian orders. Return shipping will be at the cost of the customer, however, we will cover the cost of sending the replacement items for the first exchange only. All exchanges are subject to availability. If your item is unavailable, we will do our best to make alternative arrangements.

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges on international orders. If you would like to return an item, please do so for a refund and place a new order.

SALE

You have 30 days after receiving your order to lodge your return and post your items back to us.

Sale items can be returned for a credit note only. This includes any items purchased using a promotional code except for our first purchase promotional code.

Items marked final sale can-not be returned.

TRY BEFORE YOU BUY

You have 10 days after receiving your order to lodge your return and post your items back to us.

We cannot exchange Try Before You Buy orders. In this case please return and place a new order.

If at least 1 item is kept returns are free. If all items are returned you will be charged $10 for return shipping.

Any items unreturned after the return period will be treated as a sale and you will be charged.

RETURN STEPS – FULL PRICE & SALE

We know returns can be inconvenient, so we have made this process as easy as possible by creating an online system that allows you to issue an instant return when it’s convenient for you.

1. LODGE

Log into your account, select the order you’d like to return and follow the prompts until an RMA number is displayed on the final screen. If you checked out as a guest, we have an account waiting for you under the email address used to place your order. You just need to reset the password here and then login.

2. FILL

Fill out the returns card found in your box – write your name, order number and RMA. If you have misplaced your return card you can download it here.

3. POST

Please ensure your item(s) are securely packaged and arrange shipping at your own expense via a traceable service to:

4. PROCESS

Your return will be processed within 5 business days of receiving and approving your returned items. Refunds will be issued by the same method in which the item was paid for and can take up to 10 business days to show on your account. Credit notes will be sent via email, please check your junk box if you do not receive the email.

1. LODGE

Log in to our dedicated Try Before You Buy Return Portal here, let us know which items you’d like to keep and which you are returning. Pay for your shipping or kept items and download your return label.

2. FILL

Fill out the returns card found in your box – write your name, order number and the letters TBYB in the RMA field. If you have misplaced your return card you can download it here.

3. POST

Please ensure your items are securely packaged and drop your parcel at your local Australia Post office using your pre-paid post label. You have 48 hours after lodging your return to drop off your parcel.

FAULTY ITEMS

If for some reason your item is faulty, The Fold will cover all costs of returning the item and will endeavour to repair or replace the item as soon as possible. You will receive a full refund for the item if the item cannot reasonably be repaired or replaced, or if required by law. Please contact info@thefoldswim.com to arrange for return of a faulty item.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Only items returned in the timeframes stated above and in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with hygienic sticker intact and all tags attached will be accepted. The Fold reserves the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
