We know returns can be inconvenient, so we have made this process as easy as possible by creating an online system that allows you to issue an instant return when it’s convenient for you.
You will have 30 DAYS after receiving your order to lodge your return and post your item(s) back to us.
The Fold will provide a refund on all full priced items. This excludes original and return shipping costs.
The Fold accepts size exchanges for all full priced Australian orders. Return shipping will be at the cost of the customer, however, The Fold will cover the cost of sending the replacement items for the first exchange only. All exchanges are subject to availability. If your item is unavailable we will do our best to make alternative arrangements.
Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges on international orders. If you would like to return your item(s) please do so for a refund and place a new order.
Sale items can be returned for a credit note only. This includes any items purchased using a promotional code (excluding our first purchase promotional code).
Log into your account, select the order you’d like to return and follow the prompts until an RMA number is displayed on the final screen.
If you checked out as a guest we have an account waiting for you under the email address used to place your order. You just need to reset the password here and then login.
Returns cannot be processed without a completed return card, so please write your name, order number and RMA on the return card found in your order box. If you have misplaced your return card you can download it here.
Please ensure your item(s) are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with hygienic sticker intact and all tags attached. The Fold reserves the right to refuse a return if item(s) are not received in this condition.

Your return will be processed within 5 business days of receiving and approving the returned item(s).
For exchanges, The Fold will cover the cost of sending the new item(s) to you. If your item is unavailable we will contact you and do our best to make alternative arrangements.
Refunds will be issued by the same method in which the item was paid for and can take up to 10 business days to show on your account.
Credit notes will be sent via email, please check your junk box in case the email ends up there.
If for some reason your item is faulty, The Fold will cover all costs of returning the item and will endeavour to repair or replace the item as soon as possible. You will receive a full refund for the item if the item cannot reasonably be repaired or replaced, or if required by law. Please contact email@example.com to arrange for return of a faulty item.
